Access is set up when your project begins. Here's what to expect.

    We create your access

    When your project kicks off, we set up your portal account and link it to your build.

    Check your email

    You'll receive your login email and a personal access code. Keep the code somewhere safe — you'll need both to sign in.

    Sign in and follow along

    Use the button below to sign in. Your dashboard shows live progress, files, and updates as we work.

Common questions

When do I get portal access?

When your project officially starts. We'll email your login details at the same time we confirm your kick-off date and timeline.

I lost my access code — what do I do?

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll send a replacement. For security, we can't recover codes over the phone or WhatsApp.

Can I share access with my team?

Portal access is per client account. If colleagues need visibility, contact us and we can discuss the best setup for your project.

I'm not a client yet — can I still use this?

The portal is for active ZSM Digital clients only. If you're interested in working with us, get in touch or view our pricing.
