Launch websites start from £795 for up to 5 pages. Professional websites with a CMS start from £1,495 for up to 10 pages, and Growth packages from £2,495 for up to 15 pages. E-commerce stores start from £2,495 and custom applications from £4,995. Your final scope and price are agreed before work starts.

No. You receive a fixed build quote before work begins. Hosting fees, billing cycles and domain registration arrangements are confirmed in your project contract. Shopify clients pay the platform subscription separately; we explain these ongoing costs upfront.

Hosting depends on traffic, storage and site complexity, so there isn’t a single flat rate. The price and everything included are documented in your project contract before you sign. We recommend ZSM Digital hosting so the team building your site also manages its server.

For projects over £1,000, payment can be split into milestones, typically a deposit upfront and the balance on delivery. Terms are agreed in writing before work starts.

The main factors are page count, content volume, custom functionality such as bookings or portals, and integrations with payment, CRM or email tools. We explain what drives your quote.

Standard business websites typically take 7–14 days. Professional websites with a CMS typically take 10–14 days. E-commerce stores and custom applications are scoped individually, with a timeline agreed before work starts.

We review your project and aim to reply within one business day. Usually this leads to a short call or email to clarify scope, followed by a fixed quote.

You’ll need text and images, but we can work in phases. We explain what’s needed and when. If copy is missing, we can advise on structure and use placeholders to keep the build moving.

Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included. Larger changes, such as extra pages or new features, are discussed and quoted separately before proceeding.

No. We build custom websites using modern frameworks such as Flask and hand-coded HTML/CSS. For e-commerce, we use Shopify.

Yes. Every site is responsive across phones, tablets and desktops. Mobile-first design is standard, not an optional extra.

All packages include on-page SEO foundations: meta titles and descriptions, semantic HTML, a sitemap and Google Search Console setup. Ongoing SEO campaigns and content marketing are separate services.

Professional and Growth packages include a custom CMS, so you can edit text, images and pages without touching code. We show you how to use it at handover.

We recommend ZSM Digital hosting, with SSL, backups, monitoring and support arrangements set out in your contract. You own your site and code. If you need to move elsewhere, we can help with a proper handover.

Support plans start from £59 per month with no lock-in. They cover updates, backups, monitoring and direct developer access within the agreed scope. Hosting fees and inclusions are documented separately in your contract.

Launch includes 30 days, Professional includes 60 days and Growth includes 90 days. During this period we fix bugs, help with small tweaks and answer questions. Afterwards, you can choose a monthly support plan or contact us for ad hoc help.

Yes. ZSM Software is the software arm of this studio. We build Windows desktop apps and Android apps, scoped one job at a time. Made Basic is our own desktop line, with Calendar and Scan live. Websites stay with ZSM Digital. Tell us what the software needs to do and we’ll come back with a clear next step.
