Terms of Service

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. A deposit may be required before work begins.

• We will provide a clear timeline and scope before starting any project.
• Content, images, and brand assets should be provided by the client in a timely manner to avoid delays.
• Revisions are included as agreed in the project scope. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

• Payment is due as agreed in the project proposal — typically 50% upfront and 50% on completion.
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
• We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as agreed.

Upon full payment, all custom design and code produced for your project becomes your property. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their own licences. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

If you purchase hosting or maintenance services from us, the hosting price, billing cycle, services included, and cancellation terms will be set out in your project contract or service agreement before work begins. Hosting and maintenance are typically provided on a rolling basis and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice unless your contract states otherwise. We will ensure reasonable uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability.

ZSM Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project or service.

• If you cancel a project before work has begun, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
• If you cancel after work has started, we will charge for work completed up to the point of cancellation.
• Completed and delivered projects are non-refundable.

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information, project details, or data with third parties without your consent.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
