ZSM Digital is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all parts of our business operations and supply chain. We take a zero-tolerance approach to any form of forced labour, slavery, servitude, or human trafficking.

We aim to operate ethically and with integrity in all business relationships and are committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere within our business or within our supply chain.

02 Our Business

ZSM Digital is a UK-based web development and hosting business providing services including (but not limited to):

Website design and development
Web hosting and server management
Domain and DNS management
Maintenance and support services
Digital services for small businesses

Our operations are primarily digital and service-based.

03 Our Supply Chain

ZSM Digital's supply chain is limited and typically includes:

Domain registrars
Hosting providers and data centres
Software and SaaS providers
Payment providers
Hardware suppliers (when required)

We understand that modern slavery risks can exist in technology supply chains, particularly where hardware manufacturing is involved.

04 Policies and Due Diligence

ZSM Digital is committed to ensuring that our suppliers and service providers operate ethically and legally.

Where possible, we aim to work with reputable suppliers who demonstrate compliance with relevant labour laws and ethical standards. We will avoid working with suppliers where there are credible concerns regarding forced labour or unethical working practices.

05 Risk Assessment

Due to the nature of our business, we consider the overall risk of modern slavery within our direct operations to be low. However, we recognise that risks may exist further down the supply chain, particularly within hardware manufacturing and large-scale infrastructure providers.

We aim to reduce risk by:

Using well-known and established providers
Avoiding unknown or unverified suppliers
Monitoring supplier reputation where relevant

06 Reporting Concerns

If any employee, contractor, client, or third party has concerns about modern slavery or unethical working practices connected to ZSM Digital, they are encouraged to report it immediately.

07 Training and Awareness

ZSM Digital ensures that the business owner and any future team members understand the basic principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the importance of identifying potential risks within supply chains.

08 Compliance

ZSM Digital understands that under the Modern Slavery Act 2015, businesses with an annual turnover of £36 million or more are required to publish an annual Modern Slavery Statement. ZSM Digital is currently not legally required to publish this statement, but does so voluntarily as part of our commitment to ethical business practices.

09 Approval

This statement has been approved by the owner of ZSM Digital and will be reviewed annually or whenever business operations significantly change.
